Mollie Simpkins is a seasoned operations director and enthusiastic fly fisher, who serves as the Executive Director of the Guide Relief Program. She entered the non-profit sector full-time in 2011, after extensive operations experience with a leading national broadcasting company. Mollie brings to the Guide Relief Program her years of outreach, development, and event management experience with the American Cancer Society, Greater Yellowstone Coalition, and Casting for Recovery.

In her current position with Sweetwater Fly Shop, Mollie creates events, programs, and classes that introduce women and children to the sport of fly fishing, and manages an annual community event in the town of Livingston, Montana. When the season hits, Mollie leads the outfitting for the shop, planning and organizing fishing trips in the Livingston and Yellowstone National Park areas.

Mollie has served as a board member for various Trout Unlimited Chapters, volunteered for and then directed the Mid-Atlantic Program of Casting for Recovery, worked with The Mayfly Project as their National Media and Outreach Coordinator, and served as a founding Board Member of For Three Sisters.

Mollie has found her home in the mountains and currently lives in Bozeman, Montana. She’s quite aware that many are envious of her access to the abundance of amazing waters to fish in the area and state and is excited to expand the Guide Relief Program nationwide and support the industry's guides.
